It is satisfactory to learn that, as compared with the two previous years, there has been a considerable decrease in the number of fires at which the Brigade was required to attend. An important question is alluded to in paragraph 13. I am disposed to agree with the suggestions therein made by Mr. Wodehouse, and they shall receive my careful consideration.
